Each order begins with a personalization inquiry, followed by a review of quantity, deadline, artwork, and any name list. We then prepare a quote based on the base item, print method, quantity, and variants so the scope stays clear before production starts.

Before printing, we provide a digital proof and a file-preflight check for layout issues within the agreed scope. If a name list is included, items are checked against the approved order list so each variant can be packed for straightforward collection or delivery.
Production timing depends on stock, supplier availability, and studio capacity. Standard small-batch orders are typically completed within five to ten business days, while local delivery or collection is arranged after production and final status updates.
